Team Managers’ responsibilities vary

Job requirements vary depending on the Industry, Product or Service. They also vary depending on the Company. This influences the skills required for the Team Manager and the team.

Team Management roles involve developing the team to generate more business. This might be from new business or existing customers or a mix of both.

Team Leaders often have their own call quota. Team / Sales Managers of larger teams tend to do a purely management role.
