There are many Sales Recruitment Agencies in the UK, so it must be difficult for you to choose which one to use.

Here’s how we differ

All our Recruitment Specialists have worked in the roles we recruit for. This is before their Recruitment Careers.  We’ve recruited for them for many years. We were previously called TeleMarketing People.

So, we can assess candidates’ skills and really understand a client’s role.  We help and advise candidates and put them forward only for those roles where they can get the best results.

Results and the bottom line 

There is a link between all the roles we recruit for in that they all contribute to results.

Whether it’s:

  •  Lead Generation or Appointment Making. This is often achieved through Telemarketing and start of the business relationship.
  • Bids & Tenders where we recruit for Bids & Tenders at all levels.
  • Business Development can be a more strategic approach and include research, proposals and presentations. This is often a 360 sales process but can just involve the beginning of the sales process.
  • With Inside Sales and Internal Sales there can be working with external sales people or taking the opportunity through to close.
  • Concentrating on the development of existing or new accounts through Account Management
  • Sometimes there are opportunities for quick sales. Then a good performance from a Telesales Executive can bring sales in within a few calls.
  • With any of these roles, surely the abilities of a good Team Manager will enhance the performance of an internal sales team and influence the bottom line that way.

So, the quality of recruitment is paramount. This is particularly so in today’s market. The better candidates can to a certain extent pick and choose their jobs. The way employers recruit has a direct effect on the quality of candidates they employ.

We’re based in Berkshire, and we recruit Nationally. so that includes London, Berks, Bucks and Surrey.
