As a recruitment agency what makes us special?

Everyone in our team has worked in the roles we recruit for. So we really do understand your challenges and select the right people for clients’ organisations and help candidates find the right jobs.

It’s a formula that’s worked for our Clients, our Candidates and ourselves over the years.

Originally called ‘TeleMarketing People’, we’ve re-branded as ‘New Business People’. In 1997, when we started, most phone based roles were called ‘Telemarketing’, but no longer. We have always recruited for Business Generation type roles.

Basically, for success in any challenging role it’s not just skills, and it’s not just experience that is required, it’s a combination of both.

Our Skills

All our team have been successful in phone-based Business Generation type roles, outside of recruitment. So we understand the roles and what is needed for success in them. This helps us not only in our search for good candidates, but also in our telephone interviews with them.
