Basic Salary: £40,000 - £43,000

Job Description for Client Services Coordinator:
 
Our client is a well established company who offer a valued service to businesses. As such, they are looking to hire an Account Manager Client Support person to ensure existing clients are looked after and business is maximised.
 
The Role:
You will support your client base via telephone, online calls and visits, ensuring they are satisfied with the service and offering training where necessary
The role is office based in Harrow with some client visits within the UK.
 
Experience & Skills for this role:
Account Management / Sales experience
Ability to spot an opportunity within an account and upsell
Driving licence and car (car allowance and expenses paid)
Good Excel skills and IT literate
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
