• what our clients are looking for
• your skill set, your strengths and what you are looking for in your next role from a discussion with you on the phone.

So, we can make Clients aware of your skills and what you have achieved that is important to their vacancy (something that is difficult for you to do without a good agency – you can’t put everything on your CV!). This increases your chances of getting in front of the right companies with the right roles for you.

Therefore we will present you honestly and in the best possible way.

We’ll only contact you about jobs relevant to you and, from what you have told us, you could be interested in. We will keep in touch and give you constructive feedback.

And we won’t waste your time…really! … We won’t bring you into our office for visits. The only time we need to meet you is if you start a temporary role and that’s just to comply with current legislation for identification purposes. Even for this we wait until you have a start date fixed.
