Job Description for Business Development Consultant
Our client are Head-hunters for start-ups and global brands who are expanding into new geographical markets.
They are looking to hire an ambitious and driven Business Development Consultant in the early stages of their sales career. Excellent training is provided along with additional training to advance your skills and your career.
The Role:
·The position is pure new business development and is not a full 360 recruitment role.
·You will be undertaking strategic research to identify your target audience.
·International calling to uncover new opportunities and sell services.
·Building solid business relationships
·Along with the delivery team you will progress the sale to gaining signed terms of business.
Experience & Skills for this role:
·Between one and five years business to business sales experience within IT Executive Search, with the openness to being developed and to progress a career
·You should be driven with a hunter mentality with a professional work ethic
·The position is not intended to develop into a 360 recruitment role but is intended to develop your career in Business Development.
Benefits Package:
·Hours: 8:30 – 17:00 Mon – Thurs, 8:30 – 15:00 Friday (wfh)
·Holiday – 20 days plus longer than average break at Christmas not taken from 20 days plus public holidays
