Business Development / Account Management - Full time - London, N3 / Working From Home Hybrid

Basic Salary: £40,000 - £45,000
OTE: £95,000 - £100,000

Commission £8,000 – £50,000 (Team all currently achieving the additional £50,000)
Basic Salary increases to £50,000 after 12 months
Plus – up to £3000 in expenses to travel to and from the office

Job Description for Business Development / Account Management:
 
Our client is a publisher within the scientific and medical sector and in a period of growth. They are looking to recruit an advertising sales person who will manage and grow a portfolio of accounts and generate business with new accounts.
 
The role is internal but with international travel (currently, Europe, Japan and USA) to attend conferences. There is the option to work from home up to two days a week.
 
*Commission – £8,000 on achieving 80% of target rising to £50,000 on achieving 110% of target. (All three members of the team are achieving 110%)
Commission is paid quarterly
 
Experience & Skills for this role:
* Candidates should have experience of managing the full sales cycle within new business sales and existing accounts.
* Additionally experience of advertising sales or exhibition sales is required.
* Experience of the medical / pharmaceutical sector is an added advantage.
