Job Description for Account Manager:
Our client is a leading provider of managed IT support and services to businesses. They have the luxury of having a USP, fundamental to growing business.
The role is to manage existing accounts and reactivate lapsed accounts finding opportunities and up-selling. There may be some new business but from referrals, not cold calling.
The role is likely to be 60% office based and 40% visiting clients, mostly within the London area. Candidate should have their own car.
Experience & Skills for this role:
* Technical account management experience working for a VAR or MSP
* Excellent customer relationship skills
* Excellent written & verbal communication skills
* 25 Days Holiday (increasing with service) + Public Holidays
* Free Parking
