Job Description for Sales Director:
 
Our client is a well established credit management service specialising in helping organisations manage debt.
 
This is an exciting position for a Sales Director who has experience of the collections industry and is looking to join a successful company. This will be a ‘hands on’ role both managing the sales team and your own sales.
 
The Role:
·The role is to take overall responsibility for the sales team
·You will set performance goals and be fully responsible for sales growth.
·The office is based in Harrow but after initial training there will be the opportunity to work from home some of the time.
·The position is part internal and part visiting potential clients all over the UK so the flexibility to travel with some overnight stays is essential.
 
Experience & Skills for this Sales Director role:
·Candidates should have experience managing a sales team and driving growth, setting performance goals and supporting the team to achieve those goals and objectives.
·Solid personal sales experience
·Also required is a strong knowledge of collections industry, including TCF, FCA compliance
·The ability to negotiate under pressure and achieve targets.
