Job Description for Business Development Executive:
Our client is a leading marketing agency specialising in content. They are looking for an experienced B2B Business Development Executive to uncover opportunities for them to start the pitch process. Your target audience will include professional services, financial services, charities and more.
You will also be responsible for expanding and maintaining the database; researching companies and people to target.
The role requires a self-starter who has bags of enthusiasm, a big personality and someone who is keen to learn. A background in media/marketing would be ideal but not essential.
Experience & Skills for this role:
* B2B outbound calling – either in a telemarketing, business development or inside sales type role
* Able to develop opportunities in a corporate / media environment
* Excellent telephone skills / relationship building
* Good negotiation
* Quick Learner
* 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
* Hours – 9.30am – 5.30pm
