Job Description for Business Development Executive – Internal:
Our client is an established Executive Search organisation based in central Reading. They are looking to hire an ambitious individual to generate new business leads and appointments. This is a great career opportunity with the potential to develop into a Client Partner.
You will be starting the process of creating a long term business relationship to support the hire of senior executives commanding six figure salaries.
If you are the beginning of your sales career and have B2B experience in a lead development or appointment making role and want a lucrative career path we would be keen to hear from you.
It is essential that candidates are well spoken with good written English. You will need to be engaging and well motivated.
Experience & Skills for this role:
* B2B Telemarketing, Inside Sales or Internal Business Development experience
* Well spoken
* Good written English
* Well motivated and able to work unsupervised
* 22 days holiday + 3 days at Christmas + bank holidays
* Close to train station
