Job Description for Business Development Executive:
Our client is a well established company who sell mainly to the construction sector. They have a very successful Internal Business Development team who generate leads and appointments. Due to the success of both the team and company growth, they are hiring an additional team member.
The role is to uncover new business sales opportunities and pass over qualified leads and make sales appointments. You will be predominantly contacting the construction industry and engineering.
You will be expected to make between 40 and 100 calls per day
The role is office based. Ideally candidates should either live close by or have their own transport.
Experience & Skills for this role:
* Previous B2B – Internal Business Development or Telemarketing or Inside Sales etc.
* Clear and enthusiastic speaking voice
* Good work ethic
* Enjoys being on the phone in a business environment
Hours: Full Time, Mon – Fri 08:30 – 16:30
* 20 days plus Bank Holidays per annum increasing with service
* Pension Scheme- Auto-Enrolment
* Healthcare, (Available after completion of Probationary Period)
