Job Description for Client Services Coordinator:
Our client is a well established company who offer a valued service to other businesses, mostly larger companies. As such, they are looking to hire a Client Services Co-ordinator to enhance the service they offer.
The role is to support Clients over the phone, email, online. There will be occasional face to face meetings with clients, with other team members.
You will help clients with the service, conduct client reviews and gain feedback, all the time giving excellent customer service.
You should enjoy building strong business relationships and developing open communication. Resolving any issues client may have and being a point of contact those clients can rely on.
Experience & Skills for this role:
* B2B Customer Service experience
* Excellent Excel skills including pivot tables.
* Good at working to deadlines
* A personable relationship builder
