Job Description for Business Development Manager – Travel:
Our client is a government partner selling into the Travel sector. Due to growth, they are looking to hire a Business Development Manager ideally with experience of either working in, or selling to the Travel sector. They are in a market with huge growth.
This is an exciting, ground floor opportunity to really make the role your own and grow with the company.
You will be responsible for the full sales cycle from identifying organisations to approach with through to closing Partnerships. There will be the opportunity to visit potential clients where appropriate. Most clients will be London based.
The office is based in Battersea, there is the option to work from home part of the time and be in the office two days a week.
Experience & Skills for this role:
* Candidates must have previous Business Development experience ideally either within or selling to the travel industry.
* Stable job history
* Strong communication skills
* Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
* 20 days holiday + public holidays
* Part office part home working
