Job Description for Business Development Manager (Internal):
 
Our client is an expanding company. They offer a dedicated range of services to their clients and have an extremely low staff turn over. They offer an excellent benefits package along with clear career progression.
 
The role is to engage with prospective clients and manage the full sales cycle through to close. The role is internal and you will conduct online demos and close sales. This is a fairly short sales cycle with the potential to earn commission quite quickly.
 
To aid your success you will be provided with leads as well as being expected to do some cold calling.
 
You will prepare and negotiate business proposals, taking full responsibly of the sale. You will join an existing and supportive team.
 
Experience & Skills for this role:
* Candidates should have previous experience of an internal Business Development role where you have been responsible for the full sales cycle.
* Candidates should have a stable job history
* Experience / knowledge of the construction sector is an added advantage.
* Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM is required
* strong negotiation skills
* Ability to handle objections and close sales
