Job Description for Business Development Executive:
Our client is a well established and fast growing company providing IT and communication solutions for businesses. They have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Executive to develop a career in Sales.
The role is to uncover and develop new business sales leads and appointments. There is a fast track career path to a full sales role for successful candidates. This role is due to growth and promotion of the previous incumbent.
There is a dedicated training programme to support the role plus mentorship from the Head of Sales.
Experience & Skills for this role:
* Candidates should have 1 – 2 years phone based B2B sales related experience and be in the early stages of their sales career.
* You should have a desire to progress to a full, client facing sales position.
* Drive and ambition
* Good communicator
