Job Description for Business Development Executive:
Our client is a hospitality management company within the travel sector. They are looking for an experienced Business Development Exec to uncover new business sales opportunities and book sales appointments. There will be research to find organisations following a defined strategy. There will be the chance to be involved in more of the sales process as the role progresses.
There will be the opportunity for some international travel to events for networking purposes.
A generous commission package is on offer which will be paid on closed business that you have uncovered.
Candidates should be familiar with a start up and enjoy working in this type of environment, being an active part of its growth. There may be long hours but future rewards are great.
Experience & Skills for this role:
* B2B Business Development / Telemarketing experience setting well qualified appointments
* Experience of the hospitality / travel sector is an added advantage but not essential
* Candidates should be hungry and driven and be able to manage their own time.
* Experience working in a Start up
* Stable job history
