Job Description for Head of Business Development:

Our client is a Digital Marketing Agency with a strong USP. They are looking to hire a Head of Business Development to build a sales team from the ground up and put strategy in place to deliver new business sales.

You will be part of a fast growing, well funded organisation. You should be ambitious with a real desire to make a difference and be part of that growth.

Our client is based in modern offices with a bar, free gym onsite and food available including free snacks and fruit and a beer fridge and a dog that appears on a Friday!

Experience & Skills for this role:
* Candidates will need solid Sales experience, ideally with experience of selling marketing agency services
* Sales Management experience
* Small company background
* ‘Tech’ savvy and good with numbers
* Experience of setting strategy and delivering
* Ambitious with a hunger for growth
