Job Description for Client Relationship Manager – Telemarketing:
Our Client provides business services to Marketing Agencies. They are looking for a Client Relationship Manager – Telemarketing to manage a portfolio of client accounts. This role will include outbound prospecting via cold calling, events, email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach. Then implementing and managing follow ups, building relationships, making high quality appointments to build pipeline opportunities and new business wins. Ongoing relationship building skills is imperative in this role.
The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the marketing sector, branding, PR etc, perhaps having worked in a marketing agency although not essential.
Experience & Skills for this role:
* B2B Sales Experience / Telemarketing
* Account Management or Client Relationship experience
