Job Description for Telesales Executive:
Our client is a specialist business insurance provider and they are seeking a driven Telesales person to join their team. If you are currently in a proactive outbound calling role where you are engaging with small/medium business owners then this is an exciting opportunity to join a small growing team. You will have excellent English language and communication skills and be able to build rapport and trust over the phone. Good database management and a quality approach to data is essential.
This is a role that can develop and really become your own.
Experience & Skills for this role:
* Business to Business Telemarketing/Telesales or Business Development experience
* Great rapport building ability combined with excellent English language
* Good data Management with an emphasis on quality
* Enjoy being on the phone all day
* Driven and hungry to achieve
* Self-motivated and proactive in attitude
* £25,000 basic salary
* £30,000 uncapped OTE
* 25 Days of Holiday

* Pension (5% employers contribution)
* Hours – Mon – Fri 9:00 – 5:00
