Job Description for Head of Business Development:
Our client is an entrepreneurial, award winning start up who are looking to hire a Head of Business Development. They have an impressive list of high profile organisations using their software and this is a key role to develop new business.
Candidates must have extensive experience selling technology to large companies along with good experience of API and licencing. In addition, you should have an understanding of music licencing or selling music to large organisations. You will use your skills to find new opportunities, manage the sales cycle and close business.
The role is office based, in the city, with travel to London based clients and potentially some international travel as the role grows.
You will be a consultative sales person with technical proficiency in the software you sell along with the ability to communicate with audiences who are both technical and non-technical.
Experience & Skills for this role:
* Candidates must have extensive experience selling technology to large companies along with good experience of API and licencing.
* Bright, articulate and degree educated
* Flexible working hours (9:30am – 6:00pm)
